As soon as an area has been chosen by our client, we appoint a dedicated local counsellor – someone who knows the neighbourhood well – to support them from then on. We search for suitable properties in the area according to agreed criteria. Property viewing appointments are made and the client accompanied to see the best available properties.

We are aware of what is important to the individual or family relocating to a new home. Good quality kitchens and bathrooms are high on wish lists, and so too is access to local amenities and good transport links.

Once a property has been chosen, Professional Relocation steps in to handle negotiations over price and terms on behalf of our client.
